Create a project:
1. Go to https://t.kfw.cc
2. Click "14-day free trial" or "Login / Sign up"
3. Create a new project in the console
4. Jump to the agent workspace to configure settings
Edit project name and avatar:
Option 1: Console → Project Management, click the avatar/name to edit (https://chat-console.novedesk.com/e7g2xd)
Option 2: Workspace → Settings → Customize → Appearance
